How much you know about the Internet, Computers and how it all works is not the important thing here - that's why you came to us, right?

Tracking, Reporting and Analysis

We have been studying and tracking our web site usage reports and analysing the way people were using our web site. We noticed that some of the more important features of the site, such as our Support Centre and how to contact us were either being over-looked or people were finding it hard to locate them.
