DescriptionA small number of our clients have very small sites that they have been hosting prior to working with Coos Creations. They already have e-mail accounts set up and hosting is supplied by a third party. With only a small number of non-complex pages, this leaves no regular security updates to carry out. In the unlikely event that support or maintenance is required, our time can be acquired in hourly blocks. Get Help with Other Supplier Services!If you have changes to be made to a service or product you are buying or renting from another supplier, we will be happy to act on your behalf - learning software access and interface usage as required. That Extra Helping HandClients on the lower-priced support and maintenance packages might feel that in any given month they would benefit from more support than they normally receive. This might be if a new website section has been added, or if they have thought of a new way they would like to do something, but aren't quite sure how to do it. |
