Directory - IntroductionDirectories are a way of linking people who have things and people who want things. It really is that broad and simple. The most common use for a directory is to list businesses. Over the last few years we have seen a rise in the number of targetted business directories. For example, an interior designer might have a directory soley dedicated to UK paint suppliers. If there were 100 listed and even only 50 of them linked back to the designer (thinking "Hey, this designer ould buy a lot of paint fro us!") the designer is open to getting targetted traffic to their site for FREE! Frequently Asked QuestionsWhy do we have to pay extra for categories to be added?The installation of a diretory is the same, whether you will have one listing in it, or 20,000. Because of this we can declare a single price for all installations. But adding 1 listing and 20,000 is quite a different matter! The price of the installation includes the addition of 3 categories, picked by you. For a restuarant, this might be:
Adding new categories is quick and easy, but a larger number of categories still adds up the minutes. The same restaurant might also add 'Chef Specials' or 'Side Orders'.
