When we started out building web sites many years ago, we delivered hand-built sites that could only be administered by ourselves. This meant that our clients had to come to us any time they wanted to add, edit or delete content.

As we moved into the realm of Content Management Systems, it became clear that these basic functions could be easily managed by the clients themselves, therefore negating the need to contact us (and saving them money!)

That said, part of our business ethos is to bring our clients more and more. More value, more support and more technology to make everything they are involved in have a higher impact on their customers and the market they operate in. To achieve this, the sites we produce have grown into complex on-line systems that model real-world business processes with maximum ease and efficiency!

But with a more complex system comes a greater need for regular care and maintenance.
