When we set you up with a new hosting account with Coos Creations, you are sent a Welcome E-mail, outlining your central log-in information. This is for access to your e-mail accounts, control panel for hosting and domain name and how to set up FTP (file transfer protocol).

Sending of the first e-mail is part of the initial set-up and there is no cost for this.

This nominal charge is to cover the time needed to re-send to the e-mail address you specify below.
