As Anna's Web-Presence has grown to broader platforms, it was time to update her homepage to reflect this!
The last version of Coos Creations was the very first site we had built using Joomla!, the World's most advanced user-driven Content Management System (CMS).
We used the standard template that is delivered as standard with the system to keep our site clean and clear but soon enough the site filled with many different chink of information. This soon became difficult to manage and maintain and by studying our site usage statistics it was clear that many parts of the site were not being looked at by our visitors.
Every time we set up a new hosting account for one of our clients, they get a welcome e-mail explaining how to set up a new e-mail account, how to access the files on their site and how to log in to their administrative control panel.
This is a part of the service we offer that we feel is drastically overlooked. It gives MASSIVE control to the client, with the ability to add new e-mail accounts, it has many free resources and some very powerful tools.

Some people come to us knowing that they can do something, they just don't know the exact steps to take. We offer training videos to clients on various support and maintenance packages, as well as bespoke 'pay-as-you-go' training to be used as needed!
It is possible that we have helped someone out who has the same problem as you. When we solve a problem that we feel might affect other users, we transfer the solution to our support forum.

Our friends at David Green Studios return to Coos Creations for the second version of Top Service, this time to focus more on the high-end design and installation. This site has more features than before, including a more user-friendly porfolio and advanced menu system.
