1. Trace Route for Error Checking
(Articles/Support & Maintenance)

Trace Route lets you find out where the problem might be

Trace Route is computer program that lists network hosts visited by a packet on the way to its destination. It is very useful for network debugging. In Wndows, we need to use the command prompt to run the program.

We use our friends over at Haughton Hall as an example of how we can find out where the problem might be and how to then send that information to us here at Coos Creations.

Read on for a graphical walk-through guide to running a tracert / Trace Route program.

(Articles/Web Sites)

Want a glimpse into the world of Web Design?

It's not often a project doesn't start exactly like this...

I came across this letter out in the Inter-ether somewhere and found it rather funny. At the same time, this is very often how people approach the construction of their web site, but put into this context it seems rather silly!

That said, it is our belief that it is down to people like us here at Coos Creations to make it as easy as possible for the prospective client to be able to communicate what they need from their site as clearly as possible - through the use of initial project requirements gathering forms, example sites, tutorials and video demonstrations.

That said, back to reality in the present moment... enjoy!
