This is how the newsletter process works:

1. Two weeks before the newsletter is due to go out, we call you up to find out the latest news
   
2. You provide us with any images to be included
   
3. Within a week we send you back an initial draft for the newsletter
   
4. Over the next week we put any changes or final alterations into place
   
5. The newsletter is sent out to your list of subscribers

"Pay Us To Show Them How To Do It"

Alterntively, you can do what Paul did and book a training session with us and we will gladly show you how to send out newsletters yourself. Within 2 hours Paul had all the training and confidence needed to send out his own newsletters as and when they are required. This is also a much more cost-effective option for:

• Companies who do not need to e-mail their subscribers every month
• Companies who wish to contact their subscribers more than monthly
• Companies who need to send out a newsletter as soon as the news happens
