Setting up information on clients, projects and recurring invoicing is quick and easy. Invoices are e-mailed to as many company members as you require (for example Director and Financial Director) and for a fee, FreshBooks will even mail your invoices by post!

Safe and Secure, Effective and Accurate

With 256-Bit SSL Security, your data is safe and secure, and you do not have the worry about losing the information on any old computers in your office. With an RSS feed produced directly from your home page, you can use an RSS Feed-Reader that supports secure access to even have FreshBooks information delivered directly to your desktop - without the need to log in!

Find out when clients have viewed their invoices, know when automated invoices have been sent and get an instant overview of invoicing for any given moment!

Time Tracking is also included, so if you are involved in many projects on an hourly basis, you can use the FreshBooks project timer to track and accurately invoice the time you spend on each one!

Fees

Initial registration and start-up is free, but if you would like to upgrade your account, various fees apply. These are for the number of staff that can access your account within your company andthe number of clients on your account. Prices range from $14 (approx. £7) and $149 (approx. £75) per month.
